Full 3 Year Limited Warranty

We offer a full 3 year limited warranty (from date of purchase) on our products.  Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does NOT cover general wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alterations, or damage to our products.  Slight Color variations are normal for leather products as each hide takes to the tanning process differently.      

Our warranty is for repair/exchange of product only.  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning any product.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Customer Steps for warranty:

Please contact us immediately by phone () or email to report a defect and obtain a return authorization number.  A product cannot be returned without an RA #.

Package the product in a box or padded envelope protecting it from damage.   For belts - coil them for return but do not use any type of banding, tape or adhesive to keep them from uncoiling as this may damage the belt.

Include your name, address, and return authorization number inside the returned package so we know who is returning the product and why.  This information needs to be legible so the return can be processed properly.

Once the returned product is received, we will repair the product or replace it if we find the defect cannot be repaired.    Your repaired or replaced product will be shipped to you at no added cost.
