All orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail.  Expedited shipping thru USPS, Fedex and UPS is available for an additional fee.  Orders can ONLY be shipped to either a street address or P O Box.  We apologize but currently we ship only within the continental United States.  We do not offer international shipping at this time.  All belts are made to order for each customer and shipped direct to you within 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy (30 days from the date of your purchase) to our customers.  All belts must be in NEW/UNWORN condition.  We do NOT accept any products for return/exchange after 30 days.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If your belt is returned and it is not in NEW/UNWORN condition, it will be returned to you and a refund/exchange will be canceled.

Returns for Refund
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and be deducted from the refund.   Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Belt Sizing Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong belt size, you can return and exchange a belt (one time only) for the correct size.   All exchanges must be at least one belt size difference (example: If you ordered  a size 36 belt - you must exchange it for at least 34 or 38 size belt) and the exchanged belt must be kept the same style.   A restocking fee does not apply. The exchanged belt will be shipped to you free and cannot be returned as the 30 day return policy no longer applies.

Customer Steps for Refund or Size Exchanges:

Contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number.  A product cannot be returned without this authorization.

Package the product in a box or padded envelope protecting it from damage.  For belts - coil them for return but do not use any type of banding,tape or adhesive to keep them from uncoiling as this may damage the belt.

Include your name, address, and RA # inside the returned package so we know who is returning the product and why.  This information needs to be legible for proper return processing.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we receive the returned product, we will process either a refund (less the restocking fee) or a belt sizing exchange (one time only-see instructions above) . If we find the returned product NOT in NEW/UNWORN condition, the refund/exchange will be canceled and the original product will be returned to you.
